Guangdong’s total shame

Guangdong in Southern China
Boasts a frightful taste
The menu’s depict a wealth
Of horrors
Its something diners faced

For years but this latest
Delicacy
Is rodents in a sauce
“3 squeaks” thats live baby
mice
Shows me
How much off course

Prepared to raid the mice
Their nests
And steal babies away
From mothers clearly beside themselves
And now more so today

These so called upright sentients
Are eating their babies they
Came into this world
But are rapidly made to pay

A price no still blind to life on earth
Such an obscenity
So indelicate its immoral
Its criminality

Living breathing created souls
Nestling and torn away
To be soaked in sauce
And chewed up
In a carnal wanton way

Imagine being put in someones
Mouth
Twixt teeth and tongue
And to just be pulverised
Unashamed to be among

Such obstinacy
A wastrel an imposter for a man
A recreant a blighter
A fiend without a fan

Convicted by this video
The playfulness of those
Spotless pink and artless
As A lack of conscience grows

Into contempt and disdainfulness
As their arrogance becomes
Despicable and violent
Such a practice how it numbs

The soul that seeks compassion
And gentleness but feels
The hardness and the remorselessness
And the tearing that reveals

Their vital organs ruptured
Torn and swallowed down
Into a dark satanic place
Where they are made to drown
