Christmas is ONE day
Just ONE day
the Commercial world goes mad
people get into such debt
in fact, its rather sad
advertisers like paid liars
for the Corporate crowd
and kid’s are drawn into the nets
and like Dolphins, overpowered
by all the hype imaginable
and then the parents feel
the stress, it is a mess in fact so real
loans are taken out to buy
the Corporate claptrap which is why
the working class get in such debt
and the credit companies then apply
and the Corporate world reel in the net
that is Christmas lots of pain
its starts with people, its so insane
then 10 million Turkeys die, at 10 weeks
Oh God why?
Ducks and Capons, Salmon Trout
Chickens, Geese, Quail all snuffed out
Partridge, Grouse the killing spree
and its back to work for the sales, will be
the working class will be at the tills
The Corporate claptrap then instils
in everyone the constant fear
and the Banksters corroborate
so the new year
is filled with rail costs going up
energy costs too on the rise
soon the people realise
their pay stays at the same size
they squeeze us till we squeak like hell
then tell us later we’re doing well!
