What the hell is wrong with Sainsburys
Whom allow the awful use
Of Paraguat its fearsome side
Terribly dangerous
It’s not denied

Waitrose Lidl Tesco
Marks and Spencer they
Don’t allow it’s use it seems
Farm workers truly pay

Out across the foreign fields
Where exposure is a threat
Killing broad-leafed weeds alas
Worldwide such a debt

Of a real disastrous making
70 countries say
They have banned this obnoxious crap
And not another day

Should we be seen to allow it
Thus it’s my appeal
To ban it from our fresh produce
Immediately
