St Michael’s Tower

Sedately sits atop the TOR
Glaring at the levels where
Many a monk had trod this path
Long ago and thus could share
The light well brighter spruced with wisdom
Felt the deep pangs in each thigh
Stopping for some contemplation
That otherwise might not apply
