The willow spoon

It came from hawthorn hart
A lovely meadow far away
Bounded by a ancient stream
That thrusts it’s grateful way
Around the pretty pasture
Of grass and clovers and
Various trees
scattered various leaves
Where Several oaks still stand

Hawthorn and hornbeams and
Willows abound
And Dawn cut a piece
And whittled and she found
carved a cute spoon
Satin style Salix
fashionably
Such beauty such artwork
So beautifully
My spoon so delectable
So creamy white
I just love its features
And it’s with me each night.

The time that it took
Fashioned to be
Unique and desirable
Yes perfectly.
