Dedicated to Stephens King’s wife Tabitha and her 5 Sisters

Jessie and Gerald husband and wife

he was  a lawyer,and  he

aggressive and wanting

but sexually inept

devising a plan frantically

Their love nest a cottage

in Maine far away

from Portland

to where they were now

and when they got there

Gerald took his blue pills

and so in a darkened despair

handcuffed his wife to the bed posts

from his expression she knew

that he was now going  to rape her

no messing about

What he’d do

she just kicked out, and she caught him

a heart attack took him to the floor

she was  locked tight and rapidly he

Was dead as a dodo

as they drove down the lane to the cottage

they saw

a stray dog was there

Eating road kill

whats more

That dog was  ravenous

gave him   Kobe Prime Steak

Knowing  he

Could  be her  friend

and she did defend

animals like him that was for sure

entering the house they both left the door

Open and he found  a way in

and so

came and sat at the foot of the bed

as we know.

not far from where she

could see him just by

Gerald

prostrate on the floor

she realised things were  now looking grim

When the dog began sniffing and chewing his arm

she watched with such fright

she couldnt be calm

it was  so hard to watch

the  dog lay in and chew

on poor Geralds  flesh

And nothing could she do

she began to realise her present fate

no one would  rescue her

and she couldn’t wait

long without eating or drinking

for  she

would die and be eaten

no word of a lie

when someone found them

their reputation

both a lost cause

a true damnation

she would take to her death

what her father had done

as they watched the eclipse

when that secret was spun

above  on a shelf  water and she

managed to slurp through a straw

it was key

to reviving really enough

to live through it all

although life was  tough

lying alone in this awful state

thinking the worst

how long would she wait

what she could do was escape and be gone

break the glass rip her wrist

slip  away

just enlist

a method  to run

get the key from the drawer

stop the bleeding get the car

just get away

thats what life is for

weak as a kitten

losing much blood

bloodied and injured

outside the mud

so very slippery

she hit a tree

honked her horn

and was rescued

Death came to be

a frightening figure

a scornful vile  sod

a dismembered  creature

a brute of a man

who removed her ring

that was his plan

spurned and despised

at the end of the day

her psyche on fire

but she had got away

when she recovered

the crime took away

her will to live

and she learned

that a day

had come that  a murderer

had let her go

his victims she was

but she just didn’tknow

it wasnt her father

his spirit oh no

it was a monster

and there they did find

in bell jars lips and ears

genetalia  lined

suffering acromegaly was he

it was all down to his pituitary

his face  very big distorted as hell

his only  survivor

now we  hear tell

a horrific story

such wrathfulness there

vast exasperation

dungeons of despair

her mind had played tricks

she had suffered so much

tantrum after tantrum

until she lost touch

with the weirdest of revengefulness

and all that went on

she got the insurance

and yes  she was  gone.
