Horses end up slaughtered too
drained of their life force
nags so badly fed alas
their handlers are coarse
kept in draughty barns
with mouldy hay
and rarely do
they have a place to lay their head
thats not really shitty too
the wisdom really isn’t there
fed on commercial food
with all thye feathers and foreign matters
these people should be sued
finally the long sad march
into the slaughter room
shackled and then lifted
into the beckoning gloom
and so its in the food chain
its bright red flesh they hide
in fairs and circus and open air events
of course they hide
this flesh was never ever mean’t
to be fed to human kind
with the womers and the chemicals
but all of that’s behind
is making up the losses in soups
perhaps and pies
this is now whats happening
right before your eyes
dairy cows so wasted
and horses wasted too
are chapped up in the susages
that are then fed to you
pushed into the synthetic skins
od casings as they are called
really in this day and age
the whole sysstem should be overhauled
its the events now in the calendar
where the spivs and wide boys go
thats where the crazy priced burgers
are likely to show
