What you did will touch the hearts
of anyone who see’s
that spirit of sharing with customers
and done with such ease
generosity was there
heartfelt and we know
of course people will book with you
whenever they want to go
it was a lovely gesture
it will pay off, I know
it really did move me to tears
and give me such a glow
an airline thought it achievable
and took the step and we
can see the marketing which became
a personal strategy
and the whole world can see it
note it and tell people about it

so yet more advertising it works!!!
