Sonara in Mexico bans Bull Fighting

Sonara is the first
we hope of many
states who have come round
to the reasoning why we
say Bull fighting is really abject
torture
a spectacle that nobody
need see

animals have rights and bulls
have suffered
and really if we’re honest
no one should
go and see these animals
being slaughtered
in honesty it does no
one any good

in fact its so vile actually
that people do get traumatised
and many get depressed by the whole scene
I think it shows that Mexico
is coming out of the dark ages
and realised the place where it has been

we all now need a more caring
look at animals
they’ve took a bashing
for far too long it seems
Sonara this is what
you should have done
ages ago
however all the
many many reams

of petitions letters
poems songs have happened
and hopefully more states
will follow suit
Bull fighting clearly
is now passed its sell by date
its closing down
and putting caring at the root

there really is a breath
of fresh air blowing
through the psyche
it appears to me
when people have the courage
of their convictions
to stand up and be counted
compassionately
