Fox fur for French designer shoes

Fox is what I call
a real wild warrior
his haunts around the countryside
close by
and now we see the various
new designers and others
using his fur
and to die
for some smudge of fur
on shoes, to me
is sacrilege
its something
that I just don’t want to see

I understand,
incorporates
the fearsome fellows fur
upon some shoes
dyed pink or blue
but why a fox
to me its horrid news
wild creatures do deserve
a better chance in life
its bad enough the hunting
clan do run
the hounds are always
very very hungry
and slaughtering a fox
under the sun
is nothing for these brutes
pitted together
the fox may suffer
being chased around
by hordes of snapping hounds
in close proximity
firing on all cylinders
I’ve found

Fur designers have to hear the agony
a fox can undergo so as to make
a coat or something daft to put on
to keep out the cold
stripped by hand
not for the foxes sake

surely these designers
can review it all
take out fur and feathers
from their stall
remember earthlings are entirely
sentient
they are sensitive and shouldn’t be on call
