Those who seem deaf to the pain of others will suffer most in the end

We have ears to hear
we have eyes to see
we have hearts to feel
and a mind to be
but most now who have
do not have the gall
to stand up and fight
for the good of them all
earthlings are sensitive
how they now cry
as we slit their throats
and they painfully die
we are weak, we just look away
close our minds to them, we
prefer to let others
kneel and just be
we then eat their flesh
from those pristine white trays
that sadly is now the
human malaise
the terrible woe
from the slaughterhouse doors
the blood splashes everywhere
and karma pours
into the drains and the rivers too
and for those who do nothing
yes into you
you, you can’t feel it
but one day you’ll know
and by then its too late
in you it will grow
and then what you’d give
to get free from the woe
but when you did it to others
you did not want to know

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I
