Winter and the chem trail brigade

Today a pretty spangled spirit
the trees all decked in silver foil
then highlighted in a sensuous frosting
a Christmas card painted in oil
on high a handsome Magpie sits
his suit of black and white
looking this way, looking that way
clearly he’s al’right

still a small percentage of withered
leaves hang fast
able to withstand Jack Frost and winter’s
icy blast
resolute and powerful in their own
creative way
a Wood Pigeon is also seated
wondering what her day
will bring her, clearly wild birds
have sustaining qualities
sitting in the coldest place
no facilities
for getting
somewhere warmer
and resting
No what, they do
is find a
frosted brittle branch
and meditate and view
their lives for in the glimpse
of Winter just look at the sky
salmon pink criss crossed with chem trails
on them just rely
we know our bloody Government
has a hand in all of this
and the RAF and the others are providing
climate bliss
dissipated chem trails, pathways in the blue
whatever they sprayed earlier
has fallen down on YOU,
its now within our gardens
God knows what its for
they are experimenting which plays hell
with Natural Law
that’s right the big creator
has no say, in all of this
all sorts of nasty particles
some most would rather miss
but arrogance is out there
they are taking the p**s
and most of us are weary
with Christmas on the way
and energy bills are rising
unlike our take home pay
