Yellowstone’s most famous wolf
has lost her right to be
alive she left the park it seems
and was picked off instantly
by one of those bold hunters, trigger happy joes
if you happen to have 4 legs
then of course my friend you pose
a target, and this marvellous soul
was gunned down in cold blood
the alpha female from the
Lamar Canyon Pack, a thud
but she didn’t have a hope in hell
with this rifle attack
Scientists are pissed off
for her collar was sending back
reams
of scientific data
even her final screams
as the bullet tore into her
and finished her we know
that the authorities say its right
to shoot the wild one’s
its a blow
of course but then America
loves to hunt and kill
in the wilderness are wonders
but so much blood they spill
hunting is the sport of kings
the brave souls who would
hide
and shoot down a sweet alpha female
running in full stride
