A Goddess in the forest

Sun kissed, she
emotionally
said to me
so succinctly
mesmerising, was
her stare
I could, have been
anywhere
But I was still, and beside
her there
her tresses
of the most vibrant hue’s
sable through
to flaxen
woven, wild
and waxen
dainty and delightful
insatiably so rightful
a smile that I
would die for
her eyes suggest
a rapport
beyond the woods
sustaining
the Totem
ascertaining
a goddess and parched
deer skull
a hare an ankh restoring
eternal life
despite it all
that gradual outpouring
she soulfully derives
her spirit in me thrives
and who knows through how many lives
such soulful love
survives
