Love

Love is the richest quality
Anyone can feel
Light headed floating in the clouds
It has such sweet appeal
Bubbling in one’s bloodstream
Reaching to the brain
Love is like a tidal wave
With everything to gain

They tied our heads together

Heads tied together imagine the
pain
Emotionally speaking Sheep
Their disdain for their keepers
The farmers
The rotten embalmers
Heartless soulless
Miserable rotters
Let’s knock their heads together
Help them see sense

Snowdon

These mountains have so much to offer to those
Who wander the paths inspiration just throws
Souls into believing the age old scene
We share as we wander to hillocks as green
Its so mesmerising the freedom one feels
The special awareness that truly reveals
Ancestral glimpses magical sights
Being up there observing
The myriad heights
Deep lakes and valleys

The Moelwyns

I can never strut my stuff up there

but from my home I see

a massive mountainous gifted soul

that for an eternity

has been there beaming outwards

a mighty beast of rock

festooned with paths and waterfalls

and black bogs sets to knock

The stuffing out of climbers

Animals sense everything at base level

A crack of the whip
The scream of a man
They can sense danger
Just cos they can
Evil and violence
It’s what’s they get
Beaten and tortured
In humanities debt

No one saved my bacon

Imagine being a mother
As knackered as could be
Lots of piglets at you
Gulping hungrily
Laying in a shitty sty
Aching like the hell
Shitting where you are laying
Indeed an awful smell
The farmer is a violent sod
He kicks you when he can
You are covered in bruises
This is how life began
Horror from the first moment
Every flipping day
And when the farmer chooses
To kill you it’s the
way
A bullet in your fanny
It’s just too much to pay
Just so you lot can eat bacon
With chips and sauce

A wandering druid

A voice from your past
May leave you aghast
It’s Rex now living away
In the high mountains
Where llamas and pan pipes
Are shared by him yes night and day
He doesn’t get a chance to
Visit
Rollrights or stone Henge for he
Is mostly now closer to volcanoes
Happy though relatively.

Tears

Emotions bring tears
To a true heart felt moment
Whatever it be
It’s a personal trait
It’s never a weakness
Just poetical justice

Bois Bontnewydd

Not just any local business
a brilliant firm that will

honour its undertakings

its pioneering skill

will take on and will tackle

artistry in stone

engaging in true craftsmanship

thats heartfelt as they have shown

in walls and steps that they undertake

with mindfulness and care

tireless in their expertise

and wonderfully aware

active art embellished

with time honoured skills it’s true

heroic in the scheme of things

There that’s been my view

a harmony of consciousness

a partnership that’s strong

a talented local family

tasked with true aplomb

It’s always out there

Moelwyn Bach – your first mountain? youtu.be/HUp4EDo9g1w?si… via @YouTube
I see it every day
It’s beauty on display
A magical array
It is there to stay
Colourful and rare
It’s waterfalls we share
It’s picture postcard scene

Miss Mist

I can’t resist
The ennobled mist
It’s magical embrace
The forest trees
Have lost their
leaves
And I remember your sweet face

Friday 21st

Its not yet 5.00 pm

the blue sky of today

that is now a dark blue

this is Nature’s way

of showing us winter

and frost of yesterday

that just about melted

and now it will pay

as it sits getting colder

all over again

the thrill of the sun

an enlightened refrain

the truest resilience

in situ it sits

as the ice comes to conquer

with irs Wintry bits

to cut into the marrow

to seer with the hoar

crystals of real frost

One best not ignore

Dewi stands out there

his neighbourly skill

giant stones apparently

a new step will

Be so much easier

for me to climb

to reach up to the sky

in the  passage of time

You have a name it’s mulesing caused by your live lamb cutting

GAP Michael Kors  Super dry  H&M. Hugo Boss

and fashion houses using wool

Our detriment and defilement

brought about by you

the ignorant and arrogant

who do not have a clue

you neglect us

You cause us trauma

And lesions,  that are so sore

and it’s all to do with our pure wool

and our pain you just ignore

all around  our tail area and

our genitals as well

And then running sores

wounded , we are wounded

it’s just hell.

In sanity and cruelty

we are the worst for wear

mauled and bloody savaged

By those who do not care

i mean what we are going through

festering by the day

exuding pus and maggots

As we slowly rot away

live lamb cutting is evil

unhygienic  too

dysfunctional it’s true

we sob and cry

we bleed some die

infectivity

and because you demand profit

we suffer  unbelievably.

Moelwynion

the  mountain ermine coated

white as white can be

Over night the snow has fallen

it looks beautifully

serene

a soft embrace

embellishing the scene

An amazing stillness

with the bushes outside green

vivid crisp and verdant

no snow here today

Dolgellau  looks resplendent

in a wintry sort of way.

Other Worldly Beings

Ofcourse they a real
And they really feel
The external lives around
With fewer of them
Like a kind of gem
They sparkle so I have found
Innate wealth created
Invisibility
The woods
Become their haven
In the midst of time
They be

I love the corvidae

There is nothing equal to a crow
Intelligence is as we know
Brilliant put
Purposeful and great
In so many ways they can create
Some speak some sing
They do anything
I love the corvidae

Every cow on the farm

This is a sensitive female
A mother and she
Has been raped suffered kidnap
And her babies they be
Murdered for veal
So your pies are complete
For ice cream for cheese
And continued conceit

Piglets and pork

Torturing piglets
Where the pork trade is rife
Break their teeth
The pain and the strife
Removing their testicles
Removing their tails
Without painkillers
They ought be in jails
Having it done to them
So meat eaters can
Chew on their dead flesh
Or open a can

Dewi

To apply oneself

to a task in hand

on a Wintry day

is to understand

an unremitting and exhausting

day

both a  burdening and exhausting

way

demolish some steps

in a garden site

replace with dry stone

and hand rail

at a height

of painstaking labour

to apply his skill

clad in heavy oil skin

His  true treadmill

moving heaven and earth

in the icy rain

all his true endeavours

none in vain

creating from what

had been built before

into perfection

and what is more

it was carried out

in a heartfelt way

with might and main

he saved my day

he cared enough

Despite the pain  put into the task

in the pouring rain

A neighbourly friend

on a higher plain

Spadework  and legwork

again and again

sweat and tears

a fearsome chore

and he never stopped

he, from next door

I am disabled

old and grey

Dewi is special in every way

Uphill and hard fought

He can allay

tedium, he just carries on through

the promise made

he is good and true

willing and ready

to see stuff through

an action man in reality

a crusader in fact

in his wish to be

a dry stone waller

a skill set He

carries out

extraordinarily

innovative labour

valiant and true

Leaving no stone un turned

his groundwork in view

great preparation

Qualified He

keyed up and psyched up

and now purposefully

delivered the goods

in his artistic way

an object of beauty

Happened today

handrails to aid me

Exceptional skill

well prepared and practised

And with his will

and endeavour to please

All done in a morning

With consummate ease

safety was key

in his minds eye today

What had seemed a hazard

had been brushed away

awake and willing

to help me

today

and now I have a garden

i can reach

and a way

to make

The landscaping

better by far

in my little world

Dewi Thomas is a  Star

He supports

he protects

a benevolent soul

he walks his talk

he is in control

astounds with his skill set

His noteworthy design

peerless and eminent

this Dear  friend of mine

Dewi Thomas   Master  Dry Waller and all around

angel.

All Sab’s are hero’s

NDHunt Sabs built with grit
And courage all the way
Up against the frightful cowards
Young stags their wish to slay
Chasing torturing babies
That’s what they are doing
And they wouldn’t be out there
If I had my way

Farmers

Torturers teaching torturers
That’s the mindset here
Not a smidgeon of empathy
Or compassion
Or of fear
Openly they answer
By telling us that they
Get the cow whose suffering
To move out of the way

The cantankerous insensitive or fox hunters as they prefer to be called

He smacked a horse in the head he does
A bloody thug he gets a buzz
Threatening an innocent soul
Ensuring he is in control
A hunting man
Clad in his gear
After wild foxes so I hear
Breaking the law
He thinks that he
Can treat his horse abominably

Johann

Thank you Johann
What you have done
Is something beautiful
Like a real sun
Gleaming from a peaceful sky
Re balancing all souls that cry
For Nature and the many birds
And animals all lost for words

Thank you

Mother

Loving our mothers
The ultimate gift
She carried us
As we developed
Each lift
Was hers
And she fed us
And birthed us and we
Profoundly love
Unbelievably
Because of her

Wolves

Wolves don’t need humans
Their college of learning
Is burned into their souls
It’s always concerning
Nature they dwell in its depths
Everyday
Wolves are the soul urge
The break of each day
Wolves chase the weak
And remain strong
Family is everything
Family

Simon on a high

A lone figure strides away

over icy hillocks

Enjoying his  day

The biting wind

a hop a skip

he unpacks his tent awhile

fixing it against the wind

inside a man with style

it really does feel violent

830 metres above the sea

in English “frogs leg” it be called

in 1957 a Canberra crashed

and all around is the debris

out of the wind  this amazing man

should have his dinner here

in his mountain camp

where fear

and cold and ice

and loneliness assured

to sleep the dream

And not be ignored.

Simon the bloke in the Woods

Simon the bloke

Snowdonia’s man

extreme wind and blizzards

that’s  his  plan

as fit as can be

on the mountains we see

a diminutive figure alone

gloved up and trousered

sloshing along

gets out his stove

sardines and noodles

does belong

fortified, he goes on his way

to the highest lake

on this Wintry day

built of sterner stuff He be

Earth and sky

And Infinity.

Sean

Dear  Sean came by

this morning

he empties my bins , a soul

offering up his early morning smiles

its just a role

he plays in life,

part of  Dear  Snowdonia

a  charming lad

driving up here cheerily

and to see him

I am  just glad.

Scintillation

The wind and the lights

its one of those nights

rain on the window

gives an impression

a circular vision

a sort of inversion

Dolgellau i see

the Moelwyns are sleeping

the forests unseen

As  the old Bard sits peeping

Just having been

out by the Afon Babi forest.
