Ban wild life snares in England and Wales

Perception is the mother
of the moment
countrymen set snares to feel that they
can get the upper hand
which is deceitful
for wild souls have their rights
so its wrong that they pay

valour in the face of
this unkindness
who take them on
with subterfuge and guile
the wild ones
have the right to frequent
where they feel they should
and these traps and snares
do regularly revile

as to what is caught
there are no guarantees
as such its indiscriminate
and they
should not be used not ever
its a cowardly unkind thing
of dolling out the injuries
in what is a sick display
and a high price and a painful one
allowing human unkind
to set these vile contraptions
and to maim and kill the blind
