Fur STOP WEARING IT THERE ARE NO EXCUSES NONE AT ALL

I WAS wondering
how it was that you
allowed yourselves to be taken in
by the fur trade who doEs screw
the animals
the workers
the consumers
yes and you
a trade where death
is inevitable
and so I BEG you too

think of the trapped victims
their bodies bruised and smashed
think how they were skinned alive
by workers that have thrashed
the living daylights out of them
with the vilest shock and awe
and left them on a bloody heap
to bleed out, and what’s more

those left in the cages
where the wire just drives them mad
their deaths are fear and agony
it is, it is, so bad
the seals are tiny babies
still sucking at the breast
when louts smash their heads, like crazy
it has to be redressed

Those of you without thought
who go out and buy fur trim
and even faux fur its probably dog
yes I agree that’s grim
but its true that’s what is happening
to the animals abroad
many stolen from the streets
and a slow death their reward

for having fur, creation
gave it to them and
you expect to wear it
don’t you understand
by wearing it
the creature born with it will die
a death so terribly painful
that those who know just cry

an honest we shan’t stop crying
till everyone of you
say to the evil fur trade
no more for its true
for the murder and the agony and carnage
happening in our name
fur we must now boycott it
and the shops too
their fair game

its an affront to

all our senses!
