Who is so sick that it consumes babies ?

What monster would dare do this
Slaughter a baby
A chick not long out of an egg
And a calf
Starved of its mothers milk
Added to a chocolate bar
A lamb hardly able to follow its ewe
It leaps out of joyfulness
Mint sauce at Easter time
A sold from a can a wee baby
We know
Which kind of monster slaughters an infant
In swaddling under clothes
It can never outgrow
