Hari

From little Hari’s enquiring mind
A curiosity
Spirited and living proof
Of his morphology
The structure of his enquiring mind
Alert to tractors He
Protected by his father’s
Dry stone walls
His sanctuary
Wide awake and searching
Eager to learn to be
Engrossed in all things mechanical
Such mindful energy
Focussing his attention
Wide awake and sure
Attentive and wholly diligent
It’s what he is living for
An amalgam of his mother
Love and absolute care
A nurse and of-course his father’s
A landscaper aware
Corridors of freedom
And Wild residents too
Hari’s marvellous energy
Yes Is honest and its true.
