Making the elephant dance for the tourists

Neither the foxtrot or the waltz I can say
Unmitigated torture most every day
Elephants abused you can feel just how wrong
A smile painted sadly that doesn’t belong
Earning some money whilst seemingly sadness
Tourists are ignorant
Witness the madness
