A candle perpetually burning
For Tilikum thats what we see
Rainbow bridge looking to welcome him
Home
He had to drop dead to be free
Born in the ocean of spirit
Given the freedom to be
Himself with his pod and his Mother
But kidnapped by Sea World
And we
Watched as he struggled to fashion
Some kind of life from their hell
He managed to take out three tragic trainers
But in many ways he still fell
Into a maelstrom of sadness
It was the Board members who
Should have been lost from this sad world
Not the trainers and that much is true
They had been hoodwinked by Sea World
Made to tell lies all the while
Corporate profits take over everything
Lets face it that is their style
Audiences they all believe them
Knowledge and learning is good
But tragically Tilikum paid a much higher price
Then all of the earthlings and should
Get his eternal candle
Burning for him in the skies
And angels descending around him
And just no more corporate lies
And the twenty odd babes that he fathered
Hopefully will find a way
Of getting back into the ocean
And getting shareholders to pay
