Some care some only think they care

She devotes her life to saving animals
Every single day
And of course she feels those trophy hunters
Just get in the way
She sees the murdered victims
She sees the injured souls
She nurses them back to health again
One of her great roles

And to meet these perpetrators
The killers in the wild
That go about with arrogance
And always have defiled
The innocent
They have broken them
These immortal souls
She will be beside herself
Knowing trophies are their goals

Those who walk the wilderness
And need a helping hand
Not a rifle
From far away
From where the earthlings stand
Eating maybe resting
Making other plans
And then alas they are shot through
Torn apart with ease
The hunter has abused us all
And brought us to our knees

Jane Goodall is an angel
Walter Palmer and outcast who
Needs his head examined
And his extradition too
He needs a hefty time in gaol
Because without it he
Can never know guilt as he should
Nor his criminality

To those of us who love them
The animals all about
Of course we hate to see them die
None of us are in doubt
They are the earthlings who present
The future for us all
And these vile and worthless hunting types
They really have to fall

Upon their crossbow bolts and guns
They really have to feel
The agony the hunted know
We all know that is real
Jane Goodall says it honestly
She knows the damage they
Inflict upon the voiceless
Every single day

The futility of hunting
The unsustainable thought
Unbalancing the environment
Where everything is taut
Stretched almost to breaking point
Habitats lost for sure
And accusations flying
Like they never have before

She has immense courage
She lives out in the bush
She knows what animals are facing
They are getting a real push
Out of their pure birth place
So that angry men with guns
Can storm into the wilderness
With their daughters and their sons

Children now are at it
Psychopathic adults
Leading children into hell
And we see the results
The wickedness apparent
The evil in each face
The animals are suffering
As is the human race
