Tiger Tiger hear my screams

Banged up in a sodding cage

drives a tiger into rage

especially the place where I

will be staying till Idie

its filthy

and the food is rough

they never clean the cages

enough!

enough

we suffer night and day

and really it shouldn’t be this way

“Tiger Tiger burning bright”

that’s what Blake wrote

one dark night

but in these cages

all we do

is scream our heads off

hoping to

get out of here

and back into

the forest dark

and lightly chew

on any man who comes to call

any hunter any fool

Tiger Tiger

I am burning

but never bright

for I’m done with learning

what the trophy hunters do

and how they try

to bloody screw

us into oblivion one by one

tiger bones under the sun

our tails our skins

our whiskers too

stuck here in this Chinese zoo

hell its hell its hell and we

are being starved we should be free

but chewing the bars is all I do

My teeth are broken

my jaw is to0

I hate the men who put me here

I scream all day

can you lot hear

do you lot care

what happens to me

that picture

that is me you see
