Its blatantly now obvious
how much morally
the world has slipped
and is floundering
in near depravity
to put out on display
in supermarkets
a dogs head
its face seen by the masses
its honesty has led
to a pitiful obtrusiveness
which has sprung into our soul
a devisive kind of ugliness
with a breakdown in control
to see their poor dead faces
offered up for sale
grips me with such horror
how bitterly I fail
in what I see as constant
in what I feel is right
dogs heads wrapped in plastic
on a shelf
gives me a fright
its a savage disregard
to decency, and I abhor
and I don’t applaud the supermarkets
choice
for it is poor
for animals to go through
this and end up in some stew
but before all that they are gawped at
by all and sundry
as trolls are bound to do
the Meat Trade is a cruel and nasty
area for me
and I would avoid it at all cost
for its base mentality
