Fin whales are enormous

iceland is is a place

That makes money selling whale watching

to the tourists

the disgrace

is

whaling, murdering frightfully

whales shipped off to Japan

the operation unprofitable

and so the whaling plan

needs to be discontinued

its frightfully unfair

41 minutes after harpooning

these marvellous beasts aware

they will die in agony

screaming out to sea

bleeding into the environment

iceland  holds the key

to what is really terrible

shocking  those who hear

150 fin whales will be shipped

away such fear

Japan will only keep them frozen

and use them to feed their pets

all this  horrible carnage

and iceland can’t pay their debts.
