KarmicDebt

The Elk thank goodness repaid the hunter
An awful karmic debt
Shot in fact the day before
Though the bowman did elect
To find the injured animal
And kill it with his now
But the animal charged that rotter
And killed him as we know
The agony of dying
All night it must have cried
Reaching to its god of gods
