Cyanide Bombs

It’s excruciatingly obvious

its violently  proclaimed

its evil beyond imagination

And of course it’s blamed
for indiscriminate killing

of wildlife of the field

precious in the melting pot

and the explosive reach they yield

bears coyotes foxes wolves

are murdered by

these rather significant  cyanide bombs

protecting cattle

why

the need to cause such trauma

Maiming the wildlife who

suffer terrible injuries

And  the clueless who

are  dealing with the meat trade

And the leather trade maybe

and these indiscriminate  killings

are a bloody tragedy

its a torturous malady

how much agony is caused

death by suffocation

these murders should be paused

altering the wild life force

for the trade in meat

in death and yet more torture

For  the profits  of the elite

for me it’s wrong on all counts

Profiteering scum

it needs to stop completely

and we do need some

more sensitive  petitions

and urgently proclaim

murdering our wildlife

is WRONG on all counts.
