Five horses bolted in London today

The Kings Guards horses
Waiting
For a horse box
Decided they would
Gallop around London
On this April day
Throwing guards off
In Victoria near the Clermont Hotel
And clearly making a dash for freedom
That’s all you can say

Clearly off like rockets
Through the London streets
Several injured
Guardsman some of the elites
The horses to in rampage
Colliding with a bus
Police cars blooming ambulances
They all kicked up a fuss

All have now been captured
A grey injured alas
Several souls in hospital
All seen by a mass
Of startled tourists and Londoners
As they bolted down the street
From Buckingham Palace to Limehouse
Via Yea Fleet Street.
