A warped train of thought in action

Takes a beautiful calming donkey
Works it till it exhausts and dies
Uses its hide as a medicine ejiao
Makes up stories archaic lies
Drinks a coffee with added excrement
Drinks their blood to aid his thought
Eats so many sexual organs
And grinds up horns to enhance
His sport
