Snow

it actually  snowed this morning

and now the sun is out

blue sky over yonder

Now what’s it all about

Theres a low wind  causing bother

a chuddering of  boughs

the daffodils are going through it

and, the Rosemary flowers

the fuschia and the jasmine

budding with a spurt

backeards and forwardst rocking

it doesn’t really hurt

very young and weedy

but strong still to withstand

what the mighty throws at them

its seemingly all planned

tulips and Roman Hyacinths

are the flavour of the day

the Mulberry  coming along

the Victoria Plum an array

of green leaves and green branches

its quite a  bold display

the rubble  heaps are about the same

the workers they appear

to have buggered off to another job

that much is now clear

The  clouds are  getting sun filled

but its really bitterly cold

winter isnt pleasant

not when  you are getting old
