Turtles and Uranium

Turtles and Dugongs

Both endangered souls

Aborigine rights

see limited goals

they know of the consequence

Historicity

is wiping them out

in actuality

one side of the coin

the other we see
mining uranium

and where it be

On Aborigine lands

of star concern

uranium’s toxic

as most people learn

open cast mining

the perils severe

the half life 4.46 Billion years

the threat therefore huge

Enabling  tears

the end of a tribe

and of course they said No

but they were over ridden
as we well know

Ranger was mined out

frighteningly so

discharges they  happened

the Government low

in regard

to our settlements

we take the toll

Its our  land the government

bloody well stole

our wives and our children

Now face  great pain

forever we are finished

Radio active the new world

cancers inevitable

Australia say

And  don’t give a pigs ear

For our trouble today.
