A worker at the zoo
Left a gate
to an off limit area left it open
And visitors some of them
Couldnt wait

To go an observe wolves
A little closer
The negligence
Compounded by the way
The visitors
Got closer to exhibits
And a child gets bitten
And so what do they say

The wolves could have had rabies
So some testing
But the parents of the
Child
Do not agree
They sAy that the wolf named rebel
He should now be murdered
And checked out
Really then we all will see

So Rebel he was murdered
Through no fault of his own
And was said to not have rabies
The seeds though they were sown

The parents took their child
Into an area that they knew
Was dangerous but they didn’t care
And an apex predator too
Has been put down has lost its life
And this is thought to be fair
Again these zoos have no idea
And are even less aware
The culprit who didn’t shut the gate
Was not dismissed at all
The wolf was seen as the culprit
Again which does appal

Menominee Park Zoo
Is another place where we see
the wild souls
Thrown into the ring
And slaughtered tragically

Life for them means little
Captivity is their thing
The negligence of their workers
Again it doesn’t bring
The whole thing into focus
Its the wolf that has to go
For a very minor injury
Which really goes to show

Zoo’s are passed their sell by date
Shut them down for good
The corporate world is profit based
And we can see they would
Always harm the animal
In captivity
Who hasn’t got a chance in hell
Thats appears to me.

People used that gate and got closer to wolves
Knowing it could be dangerous
A child had its hand n
Bitten
