The age of the cage

Its awful its something you dare not believe
Great sheds of rabbits what does it achieve
Coffers of money a market of shame
hell cannot be worse and who is to blame
The public so ignorant they have be
Aware of this holocaust their thoughts are key
The farms they are dreadful filth everywhere
Disease no inspections how can this be

These are bunny rabbits soft fluffy souls
Never harmed anyone these are the roles
They take up a cage so tiny so bare
They are born there and die there
In abject despair

nobody cares they lost in a world
Into a maelstrom of woe they were hurled
Nobody loves them neglect is their day
They are raped and before they have weaned
They must pay

Back in their cages thrown in like dirt
This is pure suffering and it does hurt
No where to scratch out to hop or to jump
Many have diseases blinded and a lump

Here there and anywhere and nobody cares
There are buckets of drugs but their affairs
Are nil not a loving hand touches them they
Are treated like nothing on earth everyday

They sob and they go mad for what can they do
Look around it is filth and ammonia too
It screws at your throat and your nose till you feel
You can hardly breathe safely and that is for real

Everywhere fur has been pulled out and lies
On the floor around the cages and another soul dies
And is left their to wither to rot and to be
Another statistic that no one will see

Great clouds of cobwebs hang everywhere
Covered in shit and filth just to share
Pictures of this makes you wretch and be sick
Consumers should see this then would they pick

A fillet of rabbit I Wonder would they
A soul standing in shit at the end of the day
This is man hell this is so bad
A great concentration camp so terribly sad

But they do get injected with all sorts of stuff
One after another life it is tough
Who would eat rabbit with all of this crap
Pumped every which way
Only a sap!

FungalInfections all over their skin
Scabs suppurating many so thin
No flesh to speak of they are for the stew
Or possibly dog food if you saw then who

In their right minds would choose this
These famers should be
Hung drawn and quartered and tossed in the sea
Shark food piranha food these are not men
They are bloody monsters who really when

You see or I see their murderous ways
Should be all closed down for this is a malaise

Is it time to evolve from tHis monstrous affair
Is it time to believe that this isnt rare
No its time to wake up and realise they
Are the way rabbits are farmed
Now every day

Its all about money in the cold light of day
Rabbit is cheap meat but boy do they pay
80 days life egregious affairs
All kept in squalor and nobody cares
