Nurses from Hell

Desperation and despair
What we feel is lying there
A horse whose heart has given out
Who lies in pain without a doubt
Bluster threats and complete disdain
Clearly this horse is in such pain
Back legs kicking clearly they
bad blood and loathing all the way

This poor horse collapses and tries to fight
The nurses from hell are there by right
They tread on his flanks with all their weight
And jump about at such a rate
The horse is sick what would one do
Jump down hard on his side a view
A lot of damage any way
Bruise his body and just pay

If the horse gets through this
It will be a miracle for all to see
Undervalued a clear affront
To respectability theres no stunt
Involved here just a culture shock
Disparagement and such a knock
improbity and complicity
Free from authenticity

But the horse is suffering as they do
These blood sports do sad things to you
And where are these ugly sods today
Torturing an animal making it pay
A petulance a querulous way
Tetchy and wrong just what can one say
The worst intentions really are
Brutality now from afar

And still he kicks
His breath must be
Failing fast
Their infamy
Their selfish awful nursing here
Its inducing so much fear
In fact the horse cannot pull through
All this suffering
Can we expect it to

The impatience and the frustration
Here
A cheerless end to just so much fear
And theres no way it will run out of here
So its kicking now must be its last
A tearful end to a die so cast
And the men are fiends they just walk away
And live to earn another day
A cardiac massage done with their feet
This was never a way to treat
Any soul not any where
With the crowd exuding such despair
