Hunters by definition

The absurdity of the hunter
His antics in the field
Ludicrous behaviour
That truthfully does yield
An unsound mind and instability
A congenital display
Sometimes they call it camouflage
A psychosis though I’d say

Dressing up as foliage
These assassins from beyond
The pale, its true significance
Establishing a bond
With what they say is Nature
Hysteria of sorts
A pantomime of evil
Regarded as their thoughts

A screw loose
Some sort of bedlam
In essence, a deranged mind
Schizoid and defective
Unhinged and underlined
Screwy, nutty, cuckoo
A falsity a lie
With the pretence of a soldier
Where fraud for them is high

They come into an area
Where wild souls live and die
Dress themselves in foliage
Pretending by and by
To be what they could never be
A bush perhaps a tree
Deceit of course their master
Is purest infamy
