Cows are females

Cows are females
Let us not forget this
Raped and milked
Murdered tortured too
Their calves were kidnapped
The patriarchal society
This is what the menfolk
Want to do

Lively spritely vivacious
Youth
Consigned to burgers they
Are thrust into a great big truck
And then carted away
No food no water nothing
They all know the threat
Prodded sodded up like ne’er before
They must go and sadly pay a debt

Humanity is seen as something marvellous
But the carnivores have little pity for
Mothers who were treated so abominably
Born to live and die in one long war
Attrition from the labourers who kicked them
Stuck their pitchforks in them as they felt
Stole their beloved babies as soon as they were born
And in the mud and excrement most knelt

Crying in the night sky for their offspring
Already dead or dying in the yard
This is what those poor cows must contend with
And now the slaughterhouse
Where they are scarred

Forever hung and drawn and more than quartered
Throats slashed ear to ear wind pipe is gone
A female cries her heart out she is finished
Why on earth was she ever put upon
This dark place where humans eat and torture her
She is now a figment she is dead
Her bones are being ground up for digging into the earth
Even in death there is no relief still she creates some worth
The corporates are heartless the corporates are sick
If you happen to be a female they never miss a trick
