A novel plan at marketing
Emerged at Top star spa
A liquor shop with bright ideas
Who thought they could go far
When it got on social media
Animal rights saw through
The marketing as very cruel
They didn’t have a clue
How can someone contemplate
Giving away a sheep
It really is extraordinary
Still waters must run deep
With a purchase of two bottles
A live sheep tied up on the floor
A note that said you can win me
Well who could ask for more
The sheep must have been beside herself
Clearly she would be
Upset to know with her legs tied up
She’d be given away for free
She wasn’t given water
Just thrown down on the floor
I am sure her heart sank many times
And her strength drained out for sure

Who in their minds would be so thoughtless
I mean what’s it about
Who would have dreamed up this idea
And An animals freedom flout
To me it makes no sense at all
Had it been done before
Was it so successful
They decided to do it more
Or was it just a one off
The sort of thing you’d do
Buy two bottles of this here drink
And we will give this sheep to you

And what would they do with it
Take it home to kill
Clearly this is ignorance
Who did this are they still
Employed in top shop spa I wonder
I would like to know
Animals have rights and as such
Where will this now go

Is someone going to pay for this
And what happened to the sheep
All these questions come to mind
For this story makes me weep
For The angst that poor soul suffered
Someone’s has to be
Hauled over the coals for this
For its madness actually
