Fracking aquifers

Fracking does cause

aquifers to be

contaminated

it does raise

methane levels

in the air

we breathe

ill fated

it does create

earthquakes

they will increase

for what we do

is disturb the shale

to release the gas

and radiation too

and the heavy metals

all that’s there

appears

and all that fracking water

brings up lots of tears

you will be crying madam

when your water has turned

brown

you will be sobbing Mr

when you have to go to town

to buy your bottled water

you will appreciate

the druids tried to help you

and now you know your fate

you went and nodded off

letting Cameron

force the issue here

Big oil can drill under your home

and all around there’s fear

wanton fear and terror

as the frackers come and go

their trucks are taking water from the rivers

didn’t you know?

their trucks are carting contaminated

water to somewhere

or its lying in great pools

on the fracking pad

just there

where the countryside was peaceful

and everywhere was calm

now you can’t go down that road

in case you come to harm

your countryside is ruined

the gardens and the rest

Fracking has destroyed it all

for Cameron knew best

you listened to his rantings

and you all  slept through

all the rest

and now you know the outcome

is far too late for they

will completely frack

us up

before they run away

and when they have destroyed it all

they just piss off and leave
