Is it just about the money
wouldn’t your customers expect
honesty and thoughtfulness
would they be circumspect
about you
realising you say one thing
and go
back on published promises
when ethics have to grow
passengers need honesty
to hear what you have done
told PETA you are not carrying
primates from the sun
into evil laboratories
into darkness where
they are experimented on
and all undergoe despair
all the world was told this
you’d had a change of heart
only to go back and carry animals
a dart
pierced our souls we realised
China Airlines tells us lies
is greedy and uncaring
up there in the skies
what are we to think of you
what are we to say
do we want to trust you
with our lives
how will that play
out
we have to ask ourselves
and you do as well
promises or pledges
can help you all to sell
more tickets to more passengers
but adverse publicity
will never be forgotten
so what I say to thee
is ring up PETA
and do a press release today
Show the world that China Airlines
sticks to what they say
and does not go back on promises
where lives are concerned
