Montana Management Agency its role in the counting of wolves

Killing wolves is easy
a created soul does die
for whatever reason human
beings
kill and then deny
the figures their removing
and what effect it has
trapping
snaring
chased by planes
shot down
and so whereas
its easy just to snuff out life
to create it
sadly seems
impossible for the agency
its a figment in their dreams

the great creator
spreads the seed
the human snuffs it out
removing cubs from dens just leaves
folk like me in doubt

to have the gall
to manage a wild species
as you do
is tantamount to arrogance
there I’ve said it now
that man knows more
about the wolves
and why and where and how
so my advice is to bring him
up to scratch here
don’t go around like
imagining that you
by killing them know all about
the numbers
