Male chicks and the daily grind

Its into the mincing machine
for the males
that’s the day old chicks
for when all else fails
male chicks must realise
they are no use
sexed by the women
and then dire abuse
they are worthless in fact
and this is how hatcheries
therefore react
turn on the mincer
get thousands of birds
fluffy and yellow
are you lost for words?
toss them all in to the sharp teeth and see
the male chicks churned
into a thickish slurry
feathers and beak bits
and penises too
they were males
so what else could the
hatcheries do?
