Dear Grace how nice to be in touch, as it turned out if it were not for Bliss Adelaide would have some very bad memories for me, as it was your haven allowed me to meet like minds and to wallow in the wonderful place you have created in Compton Street which most Txi Drivers have never heard of.You clearly have a beautiful eaterie and I will tell everyone I know about it.

Sad to see that the link to the Cook’s Delight historical record site isn’t working. We have fond memories of travelling to it from Cambridge when the food offer in the UK was much more restricted than it is now.

It closed off 15 years ago it had been a life’s work really on organic foods
And all the research that was carried out to keep it dealing with family businesses
And staying away from corporates and meat trades thanks for remembering us
I still talk about organic food and ethical vegan food
It’s lovely that all o er the place and I mean Ecuador Malaysia and India I have been recognised as mr cooks delight it makes me laugh how many people I came to meet and who remember me
They don’t all know what I got u to in making organic foods better quality wise with my time at the Soil Association on the retailers and the processors committees it’s a long time ago now some 30 years but I am still writing speaking and eating organic foods
