Hazing (wild buffalo)

what have the wild Buffalo
done to deserve this
the helicopters pilot
its a shame that he did miss
the tall pines he got very close
I would have liked to see
him hit them and go down in flames
for all posterity

harassment of a species
if unavoidable
is one thing
but going out of your way
to truly fly and try to bring
wild Buffalo to such a stage
spooking them into
a lengthy 12 mile gallop
through dust clouds, what can one say

the blades and the rotation
s frightening enough
for Pregnant mothers, new born babies
galloping is tough
clearly they are frightened
hysteria sets in
and all because some pilot
wants to frighten them
his sin

to ass about
there is no other reason
through rivers over highways
he gave chase
clearly they were all stressed
out
clearly they were phased
a predicament that really
was so base

their hearts must have been pumping
the fear was in their eyes
the pilot what was in his mind
to me to realise
the cruelty he showed
within his interlude of fun
those hazing choppers
cutting loose
kicked the dust clouds through the sun

it really is a sick sod
that attempts to do what he
achieved in 3 days
harassing a herd so horribly
they must have been beside
themselves
wondering what to do
but run and run and scatter
as this aircraft ventured through

down hard into their space
right up close he went
the noise, the noise alone
gets the blood pumping
and soon you are spent
the seeds of grief he sowed
within those poor brutes
seems to me
was evil nasty behaviour
that I am sad I had to see
