Forcing a horse to do more

What is well treated
What a human feels
He wants from an animal
And he reveals
and exhaustion
When the Animal may be
Aching and needing to rest
Tragically
Humans are selfish
Arrogant and cruel
Piling on weight
Expecting the fuel
From the horse pure
Exhaustion and pain
And weakness and sickness
Again and again
