CHINA. Stop the torture of animals on line NOW

Why is that China fails to protect
Animals why is it, it feels suspect
Citizens posting torture videos
Murdering cats and dogs
Many shows
Government seemingly
Allows it, to me
They need to be stopped
And forcefully.
