Taking out the life force
the body and the soul
and replacing it with stuffing
well, that’s an awful toll
the passion, te emotion
the cunning and the sense
lost for all eternity
a vacuum that’s gone dense
taxidermy does, it rebuilds
the body form
all those skins just hanging
on the hangers getting warm
the bodies, spirits minds and souls
have vanished in this air
the memories of creation
replaced with just hot air
an art form to re create
a specimen that’s dead-
surely whay you are doing
sees a new watershed
why not leave the sweet animals alive
tp dance and play
to be themselves forever
happy in the way
not murdered in cold blood
and brought to you to re-instate
some semblance of the real
Bill Bear rugs sorry, sorry mate
I suppose this is the obvious
leave the bears alone
rugs don’t need to be dead bear
this all brings down the tone
with plants and man made materials
why the need to kill
with plants and man made material
why their blood we spill
Be a natural organic
Taxidermist there’s a way
of building a reputation
that will see you through each day
a USP includes the fact
dead skins you do not use
because you feel as we do
to do this does abuse
