Stone Henge

It’s a travesty
It’s a nonsense
These Conservatives by name
Tunnels and Perishing earth upheavals
The A303 to blame
Congestion people gazing
Slowing traffic down
So let’s move Stone Henge
Or cover it up
In mud and earth let’s drown
Out, this is unforgivable
Ignorant as well
Arrogant politicians
Obstinately sell
Their idiocy
Their fanciful ideology
Taking something meritorious
For they
Baulk at the congestion
And may Laugh at my suggestion
What’s seen out on the plain
And all around it
Where History and priceless relics be
Call in the JCB’s let’s cut and muster
Watch in earnest, the degeneracy
It’s called regeneration
Progress, so to say
Remedial and progressive
The decadence and dismay
Ravaging ruination
Admonishment you bet
The unskillfulness of road transport
And mismanaged debt.
