A calf and a baby sit side by side sharing the moment

What do we see here
a calf and a baby
together they sit
in the sunshine
and touch
does the calf know the baby
is fed on its milk
does the baby
appreciate tings
of this ilk
worlds apart
different species
but sharing one heart
and quality
innocence
thats what we see
the calf soon
strung up
and killed painfully
the baby its bottle
filled with the milk
from the cow
as a victim of circumstance
I ask now how?
