My Belfast sink

A place to scrub down
Some hot water
Somewhere I can go to wash
Each time I want to
Flannel soaps accoutrements
And a warm encounter
Tragically it’s abused
Often dirty dregs
My flannels used for cleaning house
Abuse it really pegs
The margins this behaviour
Lacks respect it’s true
Having to scrub the sink each time
It’s wrong
