The problem is
that even people
who were caught up
in the violence of the war
eat meat and so are clearly
not really as sure
as we are
and the holocaust
and concentration camps
relate for them to people
and animals whose lamps
go out across this world
of ours
on kosher/muslim knives
ramped up to slit
throats and finish
off the lives
of millions billions trillions
every single year
our problem is the people all those who
cannot hear
